NXT '24 Summer Showcases
NXT asked for a social graphic to promote their 2024 summer showcases. NXT's brand is very sophisticated and has a strong personality. They usually use a lot of black with a pop of color, but for this design, I wanted to really bring in that summer feeling and I wanted to do that boldly. I love gradient and fun color combinations, so I started with building out the background. From there, I knew I wanted to have four athletes in front with a large image faded in the background.
To the right here are some inspiration images I used to bring this piece to life. I liked the "24 Spring Training" text being the complete focus of that graphic. The Showcase also has its own alphabet - so I created that header out of those letters.
