eBay at Culture Collision

This was a unique project for many reasons. 1) Our client was unable to get a professional artist to design their graphics for their exhibit 2) We had two weeks before our graphics needed to be into production in order for them to have enough time to be created 3) If there were any issues with graphics, the location of this show brought a challenge.
This was the first exhibit where I had to be the one who designed graphics, from scratch nonetheless. It was very difficult as I had zero assets to begin with. But the client understood the expectations and was blown away with the end result. Some obstacles we were faced with revolved a lot around licensing.
This show was mainly focused on collectable items such as sports trading cards, spiderman/batman graphics, jordan shoes, etc. I focused on what I could do in the time I had, which was including a lot of color, something the client requested. I really leaned into the theme of comic books because it came with a common background design and patterns that people would recognize. I suggested creating a photo opportunity that placed attendees within a custom eBay grading card (similar to PSA and other grading trading card companies). The client wanted people to be able to see inside and out, so I placed the gradient dots on the plexi to tie those into the design but look the same from the inside as it did from the outside.
Outsell
Similar to eBay, with this Outsell project, I had to re-create these graphics based off a rendering from our Senior Environmental Designer. Using vector art, photography, and client assets, I had to create these graphics and put them into production within one week.
